1. Image from the equation of degree issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the State
2. A copy of degree certificate
3. Certificate duly certified (minimum of one year's experience to work in pharmaceutical facilities, and 5 years for other facilities)
4. A copy of the passport and residence visa for expatriates
